How long does delivery take?

We guarantee next day delivery within UAE for orders placed before 5pm. If you have not received your order the next day, you are entitled to additional 10% discount.*

For orders placed after 5pm, we will deliver within 1-2 days.

Regional and International orders will be dispatched within 24 hours. We aim to deliver within 3-4 days, subject to local customs and regulations.

*This does not apply to orders placed on Public Holidays, which we will aim to deliver within 2 days. Certain products e.g. large Outdoor Toys also require 2 working days for delivery, this is indicated on the product page where relevant.
