How Does It Work?
Collect Tokens each time you shop and use your Rewards Club Account in store, or online. Once you start building your Tokens, you can use them to get money off on purchases online, or in store at The Toy Store.
You can build up Tokens on each purchase, but watch out for special promotions where you can earn Bonus Points which convert to Tokens! The amount of Tokens you earn per Bonus Points will vary depending on the currency you are shopping in.
I have a Rewards Club Card from store, how can I use it online?
Simply create an account online, and select the option 'Already have a Rewards Club Account.' You'll then need to enter your Rewards Club Card Number (found on the front of your card) and your mobile number to validate your account. You'll then be able to check your balance, or earn/spend points online as well as in store.
What is the difference between a Token and a Point?
Tokens will be given on all purchases per whole unit of currency you spend. E.g. if an item is £150, you will earn 150 tokens. Points will be given at Promotional Periods and convert to Tokens. E.g. 1000 extra points on Outdoor Toys.
Below is a reference of how many points you need for 100 Tokens (in each currency);
- 100 AED Token = 100 points
- 100 USD Token = 367 points
- 100 GBP Token = 563 points
- 100 QAR Token = 101 points
- 100 OMR Token = 954 points
- 100 BHD Token = 974 points
Does the value of Points change by currency?
No the value of points converted to each currency is the same.
How Much Are My Points Worth?
Below is a reference of points and tokens to your base currency
- 1 AED = 100 AED Token = 100 points
- 1 USD = 100 USD Token = 367 points
- 1GPB = 100 GBP Token = 563 points
- 1 QAR = 100 QAR Token = 101 points
- 1 OMR = 100 OMR Token = 954 points
- 1 BHD = 100 BHD Token = 974 points
*This is the base currency value, during promotions the value can increase.
I have just placed an order but the Tokens are not appearing in my Rewards Club Account?
It takes a short amount of time for the tokens to appear in your account.
If you are placed an order online and are paying by Credit Card on Delivery or Cash on Delivery, you will only receive the Rewards Club Tokens on your account once the order has been delivered and is completed.
I want to return my order, what happens to my Rewards Club Account?
If you chose to refund a product, your Rewards Club Account will be amended and tokens from that product debited from your account. If you have 0 balance in your account and you have spent those tokens, it will be amended from the value of the product. For further details please refer to our Returns Policy.
How can I find out how many Points I have got?
You can sign into your Rewards Club Account to check your points.
Will I collect points on every product I purchase?
Yes, points are available on every product you purchase.
Is there a maximum number of points I can collect?
There is no maximum number.
I have lost my Rewards Club Card, what can I do?
Please contact info@thetoystore.com to replace it, your rewards club balance will be transferred and thus terminating your lost card.
What do the Terms & Conditions apply to?
The terms & conditions form the contract between us (The Toy Store) and you (The Rewards Club member) and detail how the scheme operates.
