Please check the email account you entered in the registration form for an email from info@thetoystore.com. This email will have all your account information and a system generated password. It is recommended that you change your password after first Login.

To change password:

• Go to My account at the top of the page
• Select Edit Profile
• Enter new password
• Click save

The registration process is very short and requested information is relevant to your purchases and orders. If you are not currently a member, please create an account here.

Find the product you want to order and click on the "Add to Cart" button. After you've made your selections click on "My Cart" to view the items you have chosen. You can still make changes to your order here or proceed by clicking on the "Checkout" button.

Fill out all relevant details such as delivery and billing address and continue by following the online instructions.

If your account has been activated please contact us.

Click on the “Forgot password” link on the Sign in page. You will then be asked to enter the e-mail address that is currently saved with your The Toy Store ID. Once you enter it, you will be sent a link to reset your password.

"Log in" and click on My Account at the top of the page and then select "Edit Profile". This will take you to your administration page, where you can update your information.

If you are having trouble signing in, your browser may be set so that it doesn't accept cookies. "Cookies" are files placed on your hard drive in a temporary folder that tell us your preferences.

To change this, check your browser's settings and enable it to accept some cookies. (Ask your parents or the computer's owner for permission first!)

Send us an email at info@thetoystore.com from the email ID used at the time of registration with "Please delete my account" in the subject line. Following this, your The Toy Store ID will be deleted along with all profiles associated with this account.
