If for any reason you're not 100% satisfied with your purchase, you can exchange it for something else or get a full refund unless the goods are returned in any condition other than the original condition. Simply return any items to us, with a valid receipt, within 7 days. The only exceptions to this are Gift Cards, these are not eligible for refund or return.
We set highly competitive prices for all our products. If you find any of our products in the UAE cheaper sold elsewhere with the same service conditions, we’ll match that price for you.
The product must be in stock at the competitor. The price has to apply to an identical individual product in terms of make, model, size or colour. We don't match prices only available via 3rd party websites, or with voucher codes.
We don't match Clearance pricing. The price must be valid at the time of purchase and cannot be reclaimed post purchase.
Delivery lead-times during the festive period are 2-3 working days on all orders (within UAE).
Regional and International orders will be dispatched within 2-3 working days. We aim to deliver within 5 days, subject to local customs and regulations.
